Barton J. Warner

Barton Warner is passionate about building brands and helping people grow. Extensive international experience in strategy, marketing, and general management has prepared him to be a valued thought partner and coach for growth-minded individuals and leadership teams.

Based on real world experience and powered by the GrowTheory Formula, Barton's coaching philosophy integrates the latest research on how people thrive in complex commercial environments. Balancing conceptual knowledge and applied learning, he facilitates thoughtful, engaging and energizing coaching experiences that fuel measurable growth.

For the last 30 years, Barton has coached leaders and built brands in many of the world’s most respected companies, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Boots and Bayer. He has held senior C-suite roles in brand management, innovation and strategy, most recently leading Strategy, Innovation and Portfolio Management at Bayer Consumer Health.

Barton is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and attended the Graduate Institute in Geneva Switzerland. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, and has also completed the Columbia University External Coach Intensive Program (3CP). He is also a certified practitioner of Hogan and NBI assessments.

Barton serves on the advisory board for the University of Wisconsin School of Business Center for Brand and Product Management, and is a mentor for StartOut, an LGBT startup accelerator. He is past president of the Red Oaks School Board of Trustees. When time allows, Barton plays tennis, does volunteer work, and enjoys long walks around New York City.

Anand Sharma

Anand Sharma is the founder and CEO of Growth Angle Ltd. UK.  He is an executive coach, mentor and a business consultant. He founded this company more than seven years ago after having worked in the corporate world for 37 years. Anand’s last full time corporate job was as a Global Director-Healthcare Reckitt Benckiser Plc. UK, a FTSE 100 company, with a global sales of more than £10 billion in more than 160 countries. He has recently joined Cambridge Enterprise Ltd.-Cambridge University as a Mentor. He is a senior Advisor to InvAscent Private Equity Fund, India and has been appointed a Main Board Director of Strides Global Consumer Healthcare UK. He has coached many senior executives from various cultures and nationalities. He is the former Trustee of St.Jude India Child Care Centres UK. helping children suffering from cancer in  India.  

He holds B.Sc., PGDM and MBA qualifications. Anand has many coaching qualifications including a certificate in coaching from Henley Business School, Reading University UK. He is also a licensed Master NLP Practitioner trained by Dr Richard Bandler, the co-inventor of NLP.

Anand’s new purpose of life, post the corporate world, is to make a real difference in the lives of people so that they can be the best versions of themselves so as to achieve success and thrive in life stress free.

In his most recent executive position, John led the multimedia sales organization at Univision Communications, the leading Spanish-language media company in the US. Recruited in 2013 to enhance the digital sales portfolio, John accelerated the growth of digital video sales, created new revenue streams tied to social and branded content and laid the foundation to monetize over-the-top (OTT) programs. Digital and linear revenue significantly outperformed the market under his leadership. John left the company as Executive Vice President, Multi-Media Sales in 2018.

Previously, John spent 12 years leading sales and marketing for NBCUniversal’s News Division, first as Senior Vice President at CNBC (2000-2004) and then as Executive Vice President at NBC News (2004-2012). In both positions, he improved sales and created innovative sponsorship and live-event programs that allowed the news organizations to reach new consumers and expand revenue in an era of declining viewership and advertising support.

John began his career at CBS, where he rose to be Vice President, Prime and Late-Night Sales, responsible for 60% of the network’s revenues. He also ran the national sales team at A&E and The History Channel and rapidly built and expanded a national sales organization for Excite@Home, an early provider of high-speed cable internet service and content.

John has an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College. He is a certified Green Belt and Black Belt trained in the Lean Six Sigma problem-solving methodology. John has completed Columbia University’s External Executive Coaching Program and the NBI Thinking Preferences Assessment certification. He lives in New York.
