Barton Warner is passionate about building brands and helping people grow. Extensive international experience in strategy, marketing, and general management has prepared him to be a valued thought partner and coach for growth-minded individuals and leadership teams.

For the last 30 years, Barton has coached leaders and built brands in many of the world’s most respected companies, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Boots and Bayer. He has held senior C-suite roles in brand management, innovation and strategy, most recently leading Strategy, Innovation and Portfolio Management at Bayer Consumer Health.
Barton is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and attended the Graduate Institute in Geneva Switzerland. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, and has also completed the Columbia University External Coach Intensive Program (3CP). He is also a certified practitioner of Hogan and NBI assessments.
Barton serves on the advisory board for the University of Wisconsin School of Business Center for Brand and Product Management, and is a mentor for StartOut, an LGBT startup accelerator. He is past president of the Red Oaks School Board of Trustees. When time allows, Barton plays tennis, does volunteer work, and enjoys long walks around New York City.
